In Brief: As UX/UI Lead I launched Verizon’s first and subsequent Digital Signage tool, which allows users to create and upload marketing campaigns on remote signs across the United States. The breadth of the project was twofold – both creating the actual product that creates the campaigns, while also creating the experience of how to use the product — from unboxing the hardware to getting the campaign onto the display. In addition, a complimentary mobile app was created for users to manage their campaigns on the go. I prepared the graphics and content for this app, while learning Android and Apple Store app protocols for launch.

 

User testing was physically hands-on, as we worked directly with users at conferences and billboards, troubleshooting and finding areas to better explain the product. This product was presented at the 2018 DSE Convention in Las Vegas.
